Gestión institucional y turismo sostenible en la Dirección Regional de Turismo Maynas 2021

Abstract

The general objective of the research was to determine the relationship between institutional management and sustainable tourism in the regional tourism directorate, Maynas in 2021. Developed under an applied type research, correlational descriptive level and non-experimental design, taking into account a population and sample of 55 workers selected through non- probabilistic convenience sampling, data collection was carried out through the survey technique and the questionnaire was used as an instrument, in addition, the data were processed through the statistical program Excel and SPSS, calculating in them the frequency and percentage, as well as the normality test and the statistical correlations through Spearman's Rho. After processing and analyzing the data, the work concluded that institutional management maintains a considerable relationship of 0.869 with sustainable tourism, a correlation that also presents a significance at the 0.01 level. Likewise, institutional management is considerably related to 0.815 with the social aspect of sustainable tourism. At the same time, the institution management maintains an average relationship of 0.656 with the environmental aspect of sustainable tourism. Finally, it was determined that there is a considerable relationship of 0.833 between institutional management and the environmental aspect.

La investigación tuvo como objetivo general, determinar la relación entre la gestión institucional y el turismo sostenible en la Dirección Regional de Turismo, Maynas en el 2021. Desarrollada bajo una investigación de tipo aplicada, de nivel descriptiva correlacional y diseño no experimental, tomando en cuenta una población y muestra de 55 trabajadores seleccionados a través del muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia, la recolección de datos se realizó a través de la técnica de la encuesta y como instrumento se utilizó el cuestionario, además, los datos fueron procesadores a través del programa estadístico Excel y SPSS, calculando en ellas la frecuencia y porcentaje, así como la prueba de normalidad y las correlaciones estadísticas a través del Rho de Spearman. Tras el procesamiento y análisis de los datos, el trabajo concluyó que, la gestión institucional mantiene una relación considerable de 0.869 con el turismo sostenible, correlación que además presenta una significancia al nivel 0.01. Asimismo, la gestión institucional se relaciona considerablemente de 0.815 con el aspecto social del turismo sostenible. Al mismo tiempo, la gestión institución mantienen una relación media de 0.656 con el aspecto ambiental del turismo sostenible. Por último, se determinó que, existe relación considerable de 0.833 entre la gestión institucional y el aspecto ambiental.
