The present study is an investigation realized with the aim of: to evaluate the programs of vocational training by means of the modality of mixed studies in the National University of the Peruvian Amazon developed between the years 1985-2010. The population was shaped by executives, teachers and gone away from the academic programs: Bilingual Intercultural Education (EBI) and project of teachers' professionalization not graduates (PPDNT), distributed of the following way: 06 executives, 20 teachers and 15 gone away ones from the program EBI. 06 executives, 24 teachers and 40 gone away ones of the program PPDNT ofthe Faculty ofSciences ofthe Education and Humanities- UNAP. The sample of the study was shaped by 04 executives (67 %), 08 teachers (40 %) and 1 O gone away ones (67 %) ofthe program EBI; 04 executives (67 %), 13 teachers (547 %) and 30 gone away ones (75 %) of the program PPDNT. The sampling was of type not probable and the subjects were selected in an intentional and voluntary way. The administration of a Survey - Questionnaire, 'teachers and gone away from these programs, allowed to the executives to cometo the following conclusions: As for the sex of the executives of the programs, is observed that there exists a percentage similar distribution. In both programs, there prevails a percentage ofteachers ofthe masculine sex. The average age of the executives differs in 61 years for EBI and 60 years for PPDNT. The average age of the teachers in both programs is 56 years. The average of years of service of the executives of the PPDNT is 32 years and 28 years for EBI. The average of years of service of the teachers of EBI, it is 22 years, and 20 years for PPDNT. In both programs, a similar percentage of executives exists with licentiate's professional title in education. Nevertheless, an anthropologists' presence is obvious only in the program EBI. The results of the averages of evaluation of seven dimensions of the program EBI, for the executives, teachers and gone away, allow to deduce that the average global punctuation of 1 ,93, placing in the index of appraisal C (badly); what allows to infer that the academic program has worked in a very incipient, precarious way, with many limitations or lacks in the totality ofthe indicators ofthe evaluated dimensions. The results of the averages of the evaluation of seven dimensions, for the executives, teachers and gone away from the program PPDNT, allow to deduce a global average 2,02, placing in the index of appraisal B (regularly); what leads to concluding that, the academic program has worked with sorne limitations or lacks in the majority of the components, indicators and dimensions evaluated. Finally, the formulated recommendations put on consideration of the educational actors and authorities of the national university of the Peruvian Amazonia in order that they take the corrective policies ofthe case.
