Gestión educativa y su relación con la práctica docente del nivel primario Institución Educativa "Libertador Simón Bolívar", Iquitos - 2015

Abstract

Una efectiva gestión educativa involucra una serie de aspectos, tales como la planificación, la organización, la dirección, la coordinación y el control. Por ello, el director de la institución educativa tiene que estar preparado para actuar en todos estos aspectos; pero esta gestión se complementa con el cumplimiento de las dimensiones de la práctica docente, tales como: dimensión motivacional, institucional, Interpersonal, didáctica y la práctica de valores, conjugando está dos variables se puede mejorar el servicio educativo en la institución. De la breve explicación se definió el problema con la siguiente interrogante: ¿Cómo se relaciona la Gestión Educativa con la Práctica Docente en la Institución Educativa Libertador Simón Bolívar de la ciudad de Iquitos?; el objetivo general planteado en la investigación es Analizar la relación que existe entre la Gestión Educativa y práctica docente del nivel Primaria de la Institución Educativa Libertador Simón Bolívar de la ciudad de Iquitos; los aspectos de la metodología fueron; el método que se utilizó fue el estadístico, este sirvió para obtener información necesaria, organizar, resumir y presentar en forma adecuada los datos, el Diseño No Experimental del Tipo transversal Correlacional, con una muestra de 40 docentes del nivel Primaria, el instrumento utilizado fue la encuesta cuestionario y para el análisis de datos se utilizó el Programa estadístico SPSS.V. 19. En los resultados existe una coincidencia en la apreciación de los docentes en los datos de Gestión Educativa como en la Práctica Docentes en ambos con un 85% indican que es regular; como resultado de la investigación se concluye que tan solo en un 3.5%, la Gestión Educativa influye en la Práctica Docente de los Profesores del Nivel Primaria de la Institución Educativa Libertador Simón Bolívar de la ciudad de Iquitos. In the results there is a coincidence in the appreciation of the teachers in the data of Educational Management as in the Practice Teachers in both with 85% indicate that it is regular; As a result of the investigation, it is concluded that only in 3.5%, the Educational Management influences the Teaching Practice of Primary Teachers of the Educational Institution Libertador Simón Bolívar of the city of Iquitos.
