The World Health Organization developed for over 15 years therapeutic pain scale that allows a good pain control in 80% of cases. This instrument, which defines four steps in the treatment of pain depending on their severity, is the basis for its treatment. The Regional Health Directorate Loreto, reports that were obtained in 2009, 694 births, considering the work of cesarean delivery 18 to 35 years at the Regional Hospital "Felipe Arriola Churches." 85% of patients post-operative surgical center Loreto Regional Hospital, received analgesic treatment insufficient and I or inadequate despite the efforts of the professionals, and pharmacological and technological advances, the post-operative pain remains insufficiently and inadequately treated. Pain is considered an inescapable reality linked to surgery and postoperative period. The need for adequate postoperative pain encompasses a series of discussions on what is the best medication for use in treating moderate to severe pain. Current treatment of postoperative pain remains inadequate and it is known that the usual means of administration of analgesics have multiple disadvantages and sorne methods and analgesic drugs can present problems even greater than the pain itself. Target Determine the analgesic efficacy of 200 mg Lysine Clonixinate relative to ketorolac 60 mg intravenously according to the visual analog scale for postoperative pain in adult patients with cesarean attention Loreto Regional Hospital during the monthsofOctobertoDecember,2011. Methodology. The research design used was: Experimental, Transversal, Descriptive, prospective and correlational. The sample consisted of 130 people aged 18 to 35 years clonixinate treatment lysine 200 mg and ketorolac 60 mg intravenously, according to the visual analog scale for postoperative pain cesarean during the months of October to December 2011 in Surgery Center Loreto Regional Hospital. Results. In relation to the adverse reaction of drugs used in postoperative pain in cesarean section with the drug's use lysine 200 mg/2ml clonixinate ampoule intravenously, 21 adult patients showed chills (32.2%) and drug use ketorolac 60 mg/2ml blister intravenously 24 patients reported feeling sick (36.9%) and 20 patients reported feeling headache (30.8%). Regarding the comparison of the analgesic efficacy, lysine clonixinate blister 200 mg/2ml intravenous had better efficacy in 36 patients with 55.4%, using the visual analog scale 0,/AS) for evidence of patients have little pain relating to the medication ampule intravenous ketorolac 60 mg/2ml which havelittle-painevidenced-in-14-21.6%patients. Conclusions. Lysine clonixinate 200 mg/2ml intravenous blister had better efficacy in 36 patients with 55.4%, using the visual analog scale 0,/AS) for evidence of patients have little pain in connection with the use of the drug ketorolac 60 mg I 2ml.
