The present investigation titled "Organizational Climate and Labor Satisfaction in the workers of the Provincial Municipality of Maynas, 2017", had as main objective to determine the relationship between the Organizational Climate and the Labor Satisfaction in the Workers, it was a no experimental research, it is done without deliberately manipulating the variables, it is also descriptive and correlational in design, since its purpose is to describe how the research problem manifests itself and measure the degree of relationship that exists between two variables, for this a population formed by 683 public servants, and a sample of 36 workers, to whom a survey (questionnaire) was applied, in order to collect information on the study variables, arriving at the following results and conclusions: - It has been determined that the organizational climate maintains inadequate level (64%), since it has been shown that according to The perception of the workers, they consider to be dissatisfied with the lack of valuation to the effort and dedication that they demonstrate, and above all to the limitation of autonomy in their work. On the other hand, it has been demonstrated that there is a low level (67%) of job satisfaction, because according to the perception of the employees they do not feel identified with the designated tasks, because they seldom obtain a visible result. Finally, it has been determined that there is a direct relationship between the organizational climate and job satisfaction in the workers of the provincial Municipality of Maynas in 2017, corroborated through the statistic Rho Spearman with a correlation coefficient of 0.727 being this significant.
