Cicatrización de cirugías de molares inferiores con y sin sutura en pacientes adultos en IPRESS I-3 de Iquitos-2019

Abstract

El estudio tubo el propósito de establecer las diferencias en el tiempo de cicatrización de cirugías de molares inferiores con y sin sutura en pacientes adultos atendidos en IPRESS-I3 de Iquitos-2019. Material y métodos: En un estudio descriptivo comparativo, transversal; se incluyeron 60 pacientes adultos. Resultados: El 100% de la muestra presentó la etapa inflamatoria, el 96,7% de la muestra presentó dolor en la etapa inflamatoria. El 41,7% de la muestra presentó dolor en la etapa fibroblástica. El 8,3% de la muestra presentó dolor en la etapa de remodelación. El 30% presentó un diámetro vestíbulo-lingual de 18mm de herida, el 23,3% tuvo 10mm, el 21,7% tuvo 8mm en la etapa inflamatoria. El 76,6% presentó un diámetro vestíbulo-lingual de 0mm de herida, el 11,7% tuvo 2mm, el 6,7% tuvo 3mm en la etapa de remodelación a los 23 días. El 78,3% presentó un diámetro mesio-distal de 0mm de herida, el 6,7% tuvo 3mm, el 5% tuvo 2mm y 4mm en la etapa de remodelación a los 23 días. El grupo con sutura presentó igual porcentaje en etapa fibroblástica esperada y no esperada, el grupo sin sutura presentó el 56,7% de etapa fibroblástica esperada. El grupo con sutura presentó el 96,7% con remodelación a 10 días esperada, en el grupo sin sutura el 83,3%. El grupo con sutura presentó el 96,7% con remodelación esperada a 23 días, en el grupo sin sutura el 83,3%. No hubo diferencias significativas entre los grupos en la etapa fibrinolitica (p=0,605) No hubo diferencias significativas entre los grupos en la etapa de remodelación a los 10 días (p=0,085). No hubo diferencias significativas entre los grupos en la etapa de remodelación a los 23 días (p=0,085).

The study aimed at establishing differences in healing time of lower molar surgeries with and without suture in adult patients treated in IPRESS I-3 of Iquitos-2019 Material and methods: In a comparative, cross-sectional descriptive study; 60 adult patients were included. Results: The 100% of the sample had the inflammatory stage, 96.7% of the sample presented pain in the inflammatory stage.The 41.7% of the sample developed pain in the fibroblastic stage.The 8.3% of the sample was pained at the remodeling stage. The 30% had a vestibule-lingual diameter of 18mm wound, the 23.3% had 10mm, the 21.7% had 8mm in the inflammatory stage. The 76.6% had a vestibule-lingual diameter of 0mm wound, 11.7% had 2mm, 6.7% had 3mm in the remodeling stage at 23 days. The 78.3% had a mesio-distal diameter of 0mm wound,the 6.7% had 3mm, the 5% had 2mm and 4mm in the remodeling stage at 23 days. The suture group had the same percentage in expected and unanticipated fibroblastic stage, the unsutured group had the expected 56.7% fibroblastic stage. The suture group presented 96.7% with 10-day remodeling expected, in the unsutured group the 83.3%. The suture group presented 96.7% with 23-day refurbishment expected, in the unsutured group 83.3%. There were no significant differences between the groups in the fibrinolytic stage(p=0,605). There were no significant differences between the groups in the remodeling stage at 10 days(p=0,085). There were no significant differences between the groups in the remodeling stage at 23 days (p-0.085).
