Sistema web integrado de evaluación de desempeño de docentes en la facultad de ingeniería de sistemas e informática de la UNAP 2018

Abstract

El propósito de este proyecto fue determinar la relación entre sistema web integrado de evaluación y el desempeño de docentes en la facultad de ingeniería de sistemas e informática de la Universidad Nacional de la Amazonia Peruana 2018, la investigación tuvo un enfoque de sistémico de tipo aplicativo con nivel o alcance descriptivo correlacional porque se medirá la relación entre la variable independiente: Sistema Web Integrado, con la variable dependiente: Evaluación del desempeño docente. El diseño de la investigación será el no experimental y de tipo transaccional. La población objeto de estudio estará conformado por 24 docentes la facultad de ingeniería de sistemas e informática. La muestra está conformada por los 24 docentes y los instrumentos a usar serán las encuestas y las cartillas de evaluación del director de Departamento Académico de ciencias básicas e ingeniería. Para el análisis e interpretación de la información, se utilizará la estadística descriptiva para representar los datos expresados en frecuencias, porcentajes y tablas de las variables; para la contratación de la hipótesis la estadística inferencial no paramétrica chi cuadrada, mediante el cual se logró contrastar y aceptar la hipótesis de la investigación : “El sistema web integrado de evaluación tiene relación significativa con el desempeño de docentes en la Facultad de Ingeniería de Sistemas e Informática de la Universidad Nacional de la Amazonia Peruana 2018”.

The purpose of this project will be to determine the efficiency of the implementation of a web system integrated in the evaluation of teacher performance in the Faculty of Systems Engineering of the National University of the Peruvian Amazon, the research will have a systematic system type approach application with level or descriptive correlational scope because the relationship between the independent variable will be measured: Integrated Web System, with the dependent variable: Teacher performance evaluation. The research design will be non-experimental and transactional. The population under study will consist of 24 teachers and 408 students enrolled in the faculty of systems and computer engineering. The sample consists of 24 teachers and 198 students enrolled. The instruments to be used will be the surveys and evaluation cards of the director of the Academic Department of basic sciences and engineering. For the analysis and interpretation of the information, use descriptive statistics to represent the data expressed in frequencies, percentages and tables of the variables; for the contracting of the hypothesis the non-parametric chi-square inferential statistics, by means of which the contrast of the proposed Research hypothesis is sought: “The integrated web evaluation system has a significant relationship with the performance of studies in the faculty of systems engineering and informatics of the National University of the Peruvian Amazon 2018 ”.
