The research was developed in the project "vegetables", Faculty of Agronomy, located to the south of the city of Iquitos, 45 minutes by bus with the objective to determine the agronomic characteristics and yield of Brassica sinensis L. "Chinese cabbage", hybrid White Sun, the application of different doses of compost of crop residues of vegetables. We used to be the randomized complete block design (RCBD), with 4 blocks and 4 treatments (T1, T2, T3, T4), making a total of 16 plots. It is concluded that the manure and compost crop residue of vegetables, can be used as fertilisers in the cultivation of Brassica sinensis L. "Chinese cabbage", hybrid White sun. The use of chicken manure and compost crop residue reduces the cost of production in horticultural crops and do not pollute the environment. Highlighting the T1 (30 t of chicken manure/ha) with a return of S/.44,738.00 and secondly the T4 (50 t/ha), compost with S/.40,695.00. The treatment T1 (30 t/ha) of chicken manure, presented the best agronomic characteristics of number of basal leaves (09), total weight of the plant (977.05 g/plant), the diameter of head (49 cm) and weight of head (731.10 g/plant). of Brassica sinensis L. The T4 (50 t/ha) compost, presented the best agronomic leaves (08), total weight of plant (739.05 g.), diameter of head (39.90 cm) and the weight of head per plant (675.25 g.)
