The present research entitled "Analysis of public expenditure and its impact on early childhood in the District of San Juan Bautista, 2008-2014" which aimed to study the impact that the execution of public spending has on the indicators of early childhood analyzed in the period indicated, therefore, we have opted for a descriptive type of research, for which we have taken into account the collection of public expenditures for 7 consecutive years and the collection of 11 indicators in the same period of time, using as a guiding instrument for the collection of information, finally reaching the following conclusions: The behavior of public spending in the District Municipality of San Juan Bautista period 2008 - 2014, it was determined that from 2008 to 2011, the largest public expenditure was in the service of maternal and neonatal health with an expenditure of S / 327,643.84; from the 2012 to 2014 period, the highest public expenditure was in maternal and neonatal health, with an amount of S / 890,936.00; On the other hand, the development of early childhood in the District Municipality of San Juan Bautista period 2008 - 2014, it was determined that the highest rate of neonatal mortality was in the 2008 period with 7.28%, institutional delivery occurred in the years 2013 and 2014 with 65.60%, of prenatal care was in 2012 with 13.10%, and of prematurity was in the 2013 period with 26.20%; also the highest rate of chronic malnutrition was perceived in the 2009 period with 24.56%, mortality was in the year 2011 with 3.50%, anemia in children under 3 years of age, was perceived in 2009 and immunization was in the period 2011, with 71.54% Finally it has been determined that there is a positive impact of public spending on early childhood in the District of San Juan Bautista in the period 2008 - 2014; it is evident that the years 2012, 2013 and 2014 have been implemented higher public spending on early childhood welfare
