The public worker is the hand of the state apparatus that touches the user when he comes to carry out any procedure, therefore, it is necessary to know if he is satisfied or not working in the institution. The objective of the investigation was to determine the relationship between the work climate and the satisfaction of the workers of the Loreto Regional Directorate of Education, in the period 2019; for which this research was done of a Quantitative type, Correlational level and Non-Experimental design. The conclusions indicate that there is a direct relationship between the work climate and worker satisfaction, supported by the statistical mode of the relationship, which was 154 respondents who indicate that the work climate is "Regular" and "Average" satisfaction. The work environment is "Regular" according to the response of 59.80% of the respondents. Likewise, 66.67% of the servers classified as "Medium" the level of satisfaction they perceive working in the institution. Among the factors that determined job satisfaction, we can mention salary, whose relationship has a statistical mode of 113 servers who expressed that “No” agree with the salary they receive and have a “Medium” level of satisfaction; In this same sense, recognition is also a determinant of job satisfaction, in relation to a statistical trend of 131 people who have “not” given them recognition and have a “Medium” level of satisfaction.
