Bioassays were performed in a closed loop system of Research Center “Fernando Alcántara Bocanegra” of Research lnstitute of the Peruvian Amazon, located in Quistococha - Loreto, to evaluate the effects of 1) three vegetable oils (soybean, palm and sacha inchi) versus 2) two dietary inclusion levels (4 and 8%) of each oil on productive development. (rates: growth, feed utilization, welfare and hepatosomatic) and proximate steak fingerlings Colossoma macropomum. Was used a completely randomized design with a factorial "3 x 2 (three oil x two dietary inclusion levels with 3 replicates). The productive development showed no significant difference at a level of 5% of decision, in terms of oils and dietary inclusion levels. Regarding the interaction between treatments (inputs) with inclusion levels, proximate composition steak fry C. macropomum was influenced by the inclusion level used in the preparation of your diet except moisture for all treatments. Water physicocbemical parameters were flat to be a closed loop system.
