This research was conducted during 2014. Its aim was to determine the relationship between nutritional status and physical activity in college students Vocational School of Food Science and Nutrition UNAP enrolled in the semester I-2014. For this, a model of non-experimental, descriptive, crosssectional correlational and analytical research was followed. Techniques of data collection was used by applying surveys, and assessment of nutritional status using anthropometric measurements of weight, height, body fat percentage, waist circumference, hip circumference and wrist with the help of specialized instruments that provide maximum safety and accuracy of results, validated by expert judgment. The results were processed and analyzed using the SPSS software version 19.00. It had a sample of 169 participants, of which 74.56% were ladies and 25.44% were gentlemen. Nutritional status of overweight 39.53% in males and 19.05% females were observed as well as a nutritional status of obesity in men 6.98% and 5.56% in women. According to the cardiovascular risk according to the PC, the increased risk was present in most of the female sector (12.70%) compared to males (4.65%), but in the very high risk in the male sector presented most (6.98%) compared females (3.17%); with respect to the ICC, only the female had a high risk of 49%, this is evidence that both waist circumference (15.87%) and the waist-hip ratio (49%) is higher in the female sector. According to physical activity, most of the ladies did it with moderate intensity (42.86%) and the majority of men with high (44.19%). The minority of them performed with low (27.91% in men and 29.37% in women). Respect sedentary behavior, most gentlemen had low sedentary behavior (58.14%) and most ladies half (50.79%), the minority had a high sedentary behavior (4.65% in men and 6.35% in women).
