This operational research aimed to determine the variables associated with the NIC nursing interventions in the intraoperative, a hospital of third level in Loreto. Iquitos. Cross-sectional descriptive correlational design was used, selected by convenience sample consisted of 50 adult surgical patients. Data were collected through observation and document analysis, using a checklist of intraoperative nursing (0.87 validity and reliability 0.86). 54% of patients had more than 45 years, 58% female. The three domains most affected were the domain 11 (safety / security) with four nursing diagnoses: risk of imbalance in body temperature, risk of postural injury perioperative and risk of aspiration. In domain 4 (work / rest) two diagnoses were identified: risk of bleeding and ineffective respiratory pattern; in domain 9 (Coping / Stress Tolerance) were diagnosed anxiety. Correlation analysis showed the strength of association between some variables and NIC interventions ineffective breathing pattern (p <0.001), it was observed that the higher Hb, higher saturation of O2, less intervention nursing diagnosis risk of imbalance body temperature, was detected that the higher Hb, Hct, SO2 and less sedation, anesthesia, less NIC intervention. On the other hand, it was found that IMC correlated positively with fluid administration and monitoring of income and expenditure (p <0.05). Similarly anesthetic risk, Hb, O2 saturation and type of anesthesia correlated positively with NIC intervention (P <0.05)
