The bank sector is one of the most dynamic items in the Peruvian economy, inside a very competitive sector which is in permanent change in financial services. This permanent evolution implies frequency changes in the way that the bank works and requires the informatic support from these services and supports into the informatic and end user software. The descriptive methodology of the CDD (Dedicated center of development) has been applying is the traditional development techniques, complex and crowd, which not provide the flexibility in a world that change everyday. This investigation has as one of the objectives TO select a methodology that uses the requirements of the bank and the development cycle. The first step deploy this methodology based on 13 quality factors and make a survey inside the team of development (composed by 7 engineer), all this to get the relative importance by assigning weights. In the next step we use these weights and make a survey when we introduce 6 of the most agite technology more used in these days, choosing this way the SCRUM Methodology. In the third step we test in 3 times, giving the result in the average the reduction of time in 69% of development. In the fourth step we make a survey like "Likert" having an average of 64%.
