The present research work will be carried out in the main communities of the Iquitos-Nauta cart, which produce sugarcane according to the Regional Agrarian Direction of Loreto, in these areas are the main producers of sugar cane and aguardiente that supply the city of Iquitos. The selected communities are: The objective of the study was to evaluate factors of production and commercialization and their influence on agronomic yields, economic profitability and supply of processed sugarcane products. The production factors that determine agronomic yields and economic profitability of the products: soil is an unfavorable condition for the production of sugar cane, but the treatment of incorporating stubble and use varieties adapted to the ecological environment, provides organic matter and Allows a continuous production of low inputs. The climate helps because there are no droughts, frost or flood risk. The management of the crop consists of weeding and almost continuous thinning and repiques. Marketing factors are managed and determined by the producers themselves. There are no credit programs by the state or training on the crop; Credits are granted for transformation processes. They do not apply recommended technologies because they are high costs, however, the highest cost is labor, and the total cost amounts to the sum of S /. 9,765.86. The main sub product elaborated by the sugar cane producers is the brandy, followed by the cane juice and finally the honey and chancaca; However, the marketing of stems for many of the producers constitutes the main source of income since it generates some profit margin. The average yield of sugarcane stems in the area is 9.8 MT / ha. The yield of cane juice is 56.785 liters per hectare of sugar cane. The yield of the brandy is 13,780.3 liters per hectare of sugar cane. The marketing channels are distributed according to product, where they stand out, the aguardiente deposits, the shops and restaurants and the final consumers.
