The malaria is an infectious disease, endemic, once was produced for the protozoans Plasmodium, only upon our region the morbility and mortality values have increased in the last 3 years. For this reason the present research has as principal objective to determine the antimalarial activity in vitro of ethanolics extracts and alkaloidal fractions of the vegetable especious of the Apocynaceae family of the Peruvian amazon. The method used for value the parasitemia was the flow cytometry. The dried samples and ground proceeded itself to macerate in ethanol to the 96% for 48 hours. Of the 10 ethanolics extracts obtained 07 showed antimalarial activity at the strain reference FCR3 Plasmodium falciparum. Of the 07 ethanolics extracts 05 alkaloidal fractions obtained were keeping active. The ethanolic extract of leaves of Aspidosperma camporum showed being extract with better activity (IC50 = 1,6 μg/mL ± 0,2). The alkaloidal fraction with better activity was obtained of Aspidosperma cruentum's leaves (IC50 = 3,0 μg/mL ± 2,72). The extracts of Tabernaemontana maxima demonstrated having little or no activity, showing better activity the alkaloidal basic fraction obtained branches ethanolic with a IC50= 4,9 μg/mL ± 4,0.
