In order to determine the relationship between attitude towards drug use and recovery of domestic treated in therapeutic communities: Victoria Centre and Talita Kumi, Iquitos, is a descriptive - cross to 79 inmates aged 14 to 54 years age oftwo therapeutic communities, applied a scale of attitudes toward drug use (0.81 validity, reliability, 0.73) and the assessment form recovery (pre-0.83, reliability 0.70). Data were analyzed using the SPSS 18.0. The findings showed that 60.7% of inmates are negative and 59.5% are in final recovery, the Pearson correlation coefficient showed that there is inverse relationship between both variables (Rxy = -0397), ie more negative attitude or rejection, the greater the recovery procedure. Comparison by TC, scores of attitudes toward drug use and domestic recovery through the Students t test shows that there are significant differences in the recovery of domestic drugs was greater in the Victoria Centre ( x = 22.44), Talita Kumi (x = 18.44), in terms of attitude is not significant difference p = 0.134 (p> 0.05). Students t test also showed statistically significant difference exists between the attitude towards drug use and recovery, the inmate treated in therapeutic communities m the city of !quitos, 2010.
