The thesis plan was developed at the Horticultural Plant Teaching and Research Workshop of the Faculty of Agronomy-UNAP, located at Km 5 road to Zungarococha, south of the city of Iquitos, District of San Juan Bautista, with geographical coordinates: Latitude South 03o 46 x 13.2; West Length 73o 22 x 10.4; Elevation: 126 meters above sea level. The type of research was experimental explanatory, prospective, transversal with an independent variable (payment with hen and wood ash) and five variables dependent on plant height, plant extension, pella diameter, pella weight and total plant weight. The objective was to determine the influence of the payment with hen, wood ash, on the agronomic characteristics and yield of the cultivation of Brassica oleracea L. "cauliflower", var. Botrytis, in Zungarococha, District of St. John the Baptist– Loreto. The Experimental Design was Completely Random Blocks, with four treatments and four repetitions. Each experimental unit consisted of 2 rows, 5 plants/row and the sampling unit consisted of four plants/experimental unit. The results indicate that T4 presented the best average values relative to plant height (47 cm), plant extension (63 cm), pella diameter (14 cm), pella weight (125 g) and total plant weight (420 g), with significant statistical significance than other treatments studied.
