It will develop the study pharmacological of the oil immune stimulatory activity "Plukenetia volubilis" Linnaeus commonly known as "Sacha Inchi" and belonging to the Euphorbiaceae family. This research was achieved in Hotzmann cepa albino rats with average weight of 190 ± 10g. corporal weight. It will establish 7 experimental groups of 7 animals each one: 2 controls and 5 experimental: Plukenetia volubilis L. oil (100,200 and 400 μl.) and Plukenetia volubilis L. seeds (48.46 mg. y 96.92 mg) The "Sacha Inchi" oil was administered a doses of 100, 200 and 400 μl and the hanged seeds in Carboximetilcellulose in quantity of 48.46 y 96.92 mg. by the intragastric way during 5 days. Passed 24 hours of the last application, was administered 0.5ml.of methylene blue solution to 10% in the sagittal vein of the rat tails. According to the results that were obtained, the oil “Sacha Inchi” to volumes of 400 μl presents bigger immunostimulant activity by means of testing Reticuloendothelial Stimulation of Delaveau.
