Job satisfaction plays a very important role in the development of companies, because a satisfied employee will be aligned with the organization's objectives and this will allow them to increase their performance when carrying out their duties, and in turn it is possible to retain the employee. human talent; That is why, in this research we have considered this topic as an objective, to describe the level of job satisfaction of the teleoperators of a Call Center company in the Miraflores District - Lima - Peru, during the year 2022. The methodology used in this research is basic, descriptive level, with a non-experimental design and a quantitative approach, for this reason it does not apply hypotheses because it only seeks to determine characteristics or conditions related to job satisfaction, for this purpose it was used The survey was used as a research technique and a virtual questionnaire was designed in Google Form as an instrument, with 9 questions and 5 response alternatives on the Likert scale, applied to the entire finite population of 30 teleoperators, these being the census sample of the organization. . In the findings, some dimensions were identified such as: motivation, leadership and interpersonal relationships, which are of vital importance for teleoperators, since in their responses they indicated that they are always and almost always satisfied with job satisfaction and there are very few cases in which an optimal result is not achieved. It is concluded by indicating that teleoperators present a medium level of job satisfaction in said company.
