This research paper examines the relationship between streamers and social calls on Twitch.tv, highlighting concrete examples such as the cases of streamers Werlyb and Kunsito__, who make broadcasts to support charitable causes. This platform, initially focused on e-sports, has gained relevance thanks to its updates and its support for charities through charity broadcasts. This is encouraging new generations to develop their capacity to drive social change and assume civic commitments. That is why, through a study with a qualitative approach and an online observation research technique, we proceeded to describe the realization of social calls in the main Twitch.tv channels that encourage youth participation helping them to become communicating subjects and, subsequently, we identified the gratification systems that exist within the interaction between the streamer and the receiver that promote participatory democracy. Specifically, two streams have been observed, the first from the Twitch channel of streamer Werlyb and the second from Kunsito__. Two streamers with different audience reach, but supporting charitable causes. This observation serves to identify and analyze the contrast of the structure, format, motivation and type of interaction that exist within the streamings of both channels. It should be noted that the information will be obtained through the use of an instrument that allows a deep analysis of the points mentioned above.
