Proceso administrativo de la Municipalidad Provincial de Canchis, Cusco, 2022

Abstract

RESUMEN La investigación, titulada “PROCESO ADMINISTRATIVO DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD PROVINCIAL DE CANCHIS, CUSCO, 2022”, tuvo como objetivo describir el proceso administrativo de la Municipalidad Provincial de Canchis 2022. Empleando una metodología con enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental, con alcance descriptivo, el estudio incluyó una población de 375 trabajadores y un muestreo probabilístico de 191 trabajadores municipales. Se aplicó el instrumento cuestionario y el Alfa de Cronbach confirmó una fiabilidad alta de 0,968. Los resultados indicaron que el proceso administrativo , presenta un promedio de 3.21, lo cual indica un nivel regular. Esto debido a que la organización sistemátiza actividades cruciales que dentro de la municipalidad no se encuentran encaminadas correctamente, asimismo en cuanto al proceso administrativo, no tienen bien definida una misión ni objetivos institucionales, y no elaboran planes para cumplirlos, sobre la organización, se delegan funciones y distribuye trabajo de manera irregular entre los empleados, además se observa falta de comunicación entre áreas, respecto a la dirección, falta liderazgo de los gerentes y motivación a los trabajadores, ignorando sus opiniones en la toma de decisiones, finalmente, en el control se ve incumplimiento de lineamientos municipales por parte de los empleados.
