Factores endógenos y exógenos asociados a las competencias investigativas en estudiantes de las maestrías de la Universidad Andina del Cusco 2017.

Abstract

El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo general identificar los factores endógenos y exógenos que se encuentran asociados a las competencias investigativas de los estudiantes de las maestrías de la Universidad Andina del Cusco en el año 2017. El alcance de este estudio corresponde a un estudio descriptivo correlacional de diseño no experimental transversal; la muestra estuvo constituida por 111 estudiantes de las diferentes maestrías de la Escuela de Posgrado. Los hallazgos más destacados muestran que los factores endógenos asociados a las competencias investigativas de los estudiantes de las maestrías de la Universidad Andina del Cusco en el año 2017 son: la modalidad de obtención del título profesional (p=0,028), la participación en cursos de investigación (p=0,001), la disponibilidad de tiempo para realizar investigación (p=0,000) y el uso de internet (p=0,000). Estos factores están relacionados con una intensidad de correlación muy baja. Por su parte, los factores exógenos asociados a las competencias investigativas de los estudiantes de las maestrías de la Universidad Andina del Cusco 2017 son: la importancia de investigar en el desempeño profesional (p=0,030), la realización de investigación (p=0,001), la capacitación en investigación (p=0,028), el hecho de que en su trabajo le permiten realizar investigación (p= 0,011), la facilidad para realizar investigación (p=0,000) y el financiamiento para investigar (p=0,000). Todos estos factores están relacionados con una intensidad de correlación muy baja. Se concluye que los factores endógenos y exógenos ya señalados se encuentran asociados a las competencias investigativas de los estudiantes de las maestrías de la Universidad Andina del Cusco en el año 2017, estadísticamente significativo (p<0,05).

The present study had as general aim identify the endogenous and exogenous factors that are associated with the competitions investigative of the students of the masteries of the Andean University of the Cusco in the year 2017. The scope of this study corresponds to a descriptive study correlational of not experimental transverse design; the sample was constituted by 111 students of the different masteries of Postgrad’s School. The most outstanding

findings show that the endogenous factors associated with the competitions investigative to the students of the masteries of the Andean University of the Cusco in the year 2017 belong: the modality of obtaining of the professional title (p=0,028), the participation in courses of investigation (p=0,001), the availability of time to realize investigation (p=0,000) and the Internet use (p=0,000). These factors are related to an intensity of very low correlation. For your part, the exogenous factors associated with the competitions investigative to the students of the masteries of the Andean University of the Cusco 2017 belong: the importance of investigating in the professional performance (p=0,030), the accomplishment of investigation (p=0,001), the training in investigation (p=0,028), the fact that in his work they allow him to realize investigation (p = 0,011), the facility to realize investigation (p=0,000) and the financing to investigate (p=0,000). All these factors are related to an intensity of very low correlation. One concludes that the endogenous and exogenous already notable factors are associated with the competitions investigative of the students of the masteries of the Andean University of the Cusco in the year 2017, statistically significantly (p <0,05).
