Motivación laboral en los colaboradores de la empresa Adecco en el área de ventas de Silver Lake S.A.C Succursal Cusco - 2021

Abstract

El trabajo de investigación intitulado “Motivación Laboral en los Colaboradores de la Empresa Adecco en el Área de Ventas de Silver Lake S.A.C Sucursal Cusco – 2021”, cuyo objetivo fue describir la motivación laboral en los colaboradores de la empresa Adecco en el área de ventas de Silver Lake S.A.C sucursal Cusco – 2021. La metodología utilizada para el presente estudio obedece a un alcance de investigación descriptiva, de enfoque cuantitativo y de diseño no experimental, donde la población estuvo constituida por 100 colaboradores de la empresa Adecco del área de ventas de la empresa Silver Lake S.A.C, teniendo una muestra probabilística de 63 colaboradores. Por consiguiente, se aplicó como instrumento el cuestionario en escala Likert para el tratamiento de la información cuantitativa. Así, la presente investigación concluye que el 74.6% de los colaboradores de la empresa Adecco se encuentran en un nivel regular mientras que el 25.4% se encuentra en un nivel muy bueno. Por lo cual se puede inferir que los trabajadores del área de ventas de Silver Lake S.A.C Sucursal Cusco, se encuentran regularmente motivados, donde podría verse afectado las actividades que realizan, por tanto, los objetivos y logro de metas de la empresa.

The research work entitled "Labor Motivation in the Employees of the Adecco Company in the Sales Area of Silver Lake SAC Succursal Cusco - 2021", whose objective was to describe the labor motivation in the employees of the Adecco Company in the sales area of Silver Lake SAC Cusco branch - 2021. The methodology used for this study obeys a descriptive research scope, quantitative approach and non-experimental design, where the population consisted of 100 employees of the Adecco company from the sales area of the Silver Lake SAC company, having a probabilistic sample of 63 employees. Therefore, the Likert scale questionnaire was applied as an instrument for the treatment of quantitative information. Thus, the present research concludes that 74.6% of the employees of the Adecco company are at a regular level while 25.4% are at a very good level. Therefore, we can infer that the workers in the sales area of Silver Lake S.A.C Cusco Branch are normally motivated, where the activities they carry out could be affected, therefore the objectives and achievement of the company's goals.
