Abstract: De acuerdo al trabajo de investigación titulado "Reputación Online de los
Restaurantes Turísticos del Centro Histórico del Cusco, 2023", el objetivo general fue
describir la reputación online de los restaurantes turísticos en el centro histórico del Cusco.
La metodología utilizada fue de tipo básica, con enfoque cuantitativo y diseño no
experimental, teniendo un alcance descriptivo.
La población de estudio estuvo conformada por 60 restaurantes ubicados en el centro
histórico del Cusco. Esta cantidad se obtuvo a partir de un listado de restaurantes turísticos
que cuentan con Licencia de Funcionamiento, otorgada por la Oficina de Relaciones
Públicas y Protocolo de la Municipalidad Provincial del Cusco en el año 2023. Para la
selección de la muestra, se utilizó un muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia,
estableciendo criterios de inclusión y exclusión.
La información recolectada de la muestra fue procesada y analizada utilizando una
ficha de observación. Como resultado, se concluyó que el 56.7% de los restaurantes no se
encuentra posicionado en cuanto a su reputación online, mientras que el 43.3% sí está
posicionado. Estos resultados indican que la población de restaurantes no está logrando gestionar adecuadamente su reputación online a través de los medios estudiados.
According to the research work titled "Online Reputation of Tourist Restaurants in the Historic Center of Cusco, 2023", the general objective was to describe the online reputation of tourist restaurants in the historic center of Cusco. The methodology used was basic, with a quantitative approach and non-experimental design, having a descriptive scope. The study population was made up of 60 restaurants located in the historic center of Cusco. This amount was obtained from a list of tourist restaurants that have an Operating License, granted by the Public Relations and Protocol Office of the Provincial Municipality of Cusco in the year 2023. To select the sample, sampling was used. non-probabilistic for convenience, establishing inclusion and exclusion criteria. The information collected from the sample was processed and analyzed using an observation sheet. As a result, it was concluded that 56.7% of restaurants are not positioned in terms of their online reputation, while 43.3% are positioned.
