Comparación in vitro de la microfiltración en la cementación de incrustaciones tipo inlay de resina con cemento dual y resina termomodificada en molares, Abancay 2018

Abstract

La presente investigación cuyo epígrafe es “COMPARACIÓN IN VITRO DE LA MICROFILTRACIÓN EN LA CEMENTACIÓN DE INCRUSTACIONES TIPO INLAY DE RESINA CON CEMENTO DUAL Y RESINA TERMOMODIFICADA EN MOLARES, ABANCAY 2018” cuyo objetivo principal Determinar la microfiltración en la cementación de incrustaciones tipo inlay de resina con cemento dual y resina termomodificada en molares Abancay 2018. La presente investigación presentará un enfoque cuantitativo Fue descriptiva porque medirá, describirá como se manifiestan las variables y sus componentes Tuvo un diseño comparativo pre experimental in vitro, porque el estudio permitirá la manipulación de las variables en un ambiente adecuado para la obtención de datos reales. La muestra será constituida por cuarenta (40 ) piezas dentarias, terceros molares. Se concluyó que el cemento dual contempla una técnica que da lugar a la posibilidad de micro filtración dentro de las piezas dentarias analizadas por tanto presenta en microfiltración en el 100% de la muestra, También se concluye que el cemento termomodificado en resina tiene una efectividad de un 20% frente a la muestra entendiendo que este segmento podrá ser utilizado con mayor satisfacción dentro de los procesos adhesivos, Además, concluimos que ante el uso de ambos cementos el más adecuado frente a las circunstancias de las cementaciones de las incrustaciones será el cemento de resina termo modificado. Por último, se concluye que este cemento pueda ser utilizado y pueda ser instaurado en los protocolos adhesivos de los estudios dentro de la escuela profesional de estomatología.

This research will present a quantitative approach It was descriptive because it will measure, describe how the variables and their components are manifested It had a pre-experimental comparative design in vitro, because the study will allow the manipulation of the variables in a suitable environment to obtain real data. The sample will consist of forty (40 )dental parts, third molars. It was concluded that dual cement contemplates a technique that gives rise to the possibility of micro-filtration within the dental pieces analyzed therefore it presents in microfiltration in 100% of the sample. It is also concluded that thermo modified resin cement has an effectiveness of 20% compared to the sample, understanding that this segment can be used with greater satisfaction within the adhesive processes. Finally, it is concluded that this cement can be used and can be established in the adhesive protocols of the studies within the professional school of stomatology.
