Derecho al acceso de agua como derecho fundamental en el Centro Poblado de Qquehuar provincia de Canchis-Cusco, 2019

Abstract

El presente trabajo está enfocado en conocer sobre el “DERECHO AL ACCESO DE AGUA COMO DERECHO FUNDAMENTAL EN EL CENTRO POBLADO DE QQUEHUAR, PROVINCIA DE CANCHIS-CUSCO, 2019”, por lo que se planteó el siguiente problema general de investigación de cómo se viene vulnerando el derecho fundamental de acceso al agua potable a los pobladores del Centro Poblado de Qquehuar, provincia de Canchis- Cusco en el año 2019, aunado a esto se tiene el siguiente objetivo, el cual busca determinar cómo se viene vulnerando el derecho fundamental de acceso al agua potable a los pobladores del Centro Poblado de Qquehuar, provincia de Canchis- Cusco en el año 2019, para el logro de este objetivo se realizaron 351 encuestas a los pobladores del Centro Poblado de Qquehuar, para conocer la situación actual de este acceso de derecho al agua. Por esta razón se realizó una tesis de enfoque cuantitativa, debido a que es una investigación empírica y sistemática, de los fenómenos sociales, a través de técnicas estadísticas, matemáticas. La conclusión a la que se llego fue que dentro del Centro Poblado de Qquehuar, si se viene vulnerando el derecho fundamental de acceso al agua potable, debido a que existen tratos diferenciados hacia la población, así como una falta de atención jurídica toda vez que, en la actualidad, no se ejecutan las obras de implementación para el servicio de agua potable, lo que hace que no se dé su reconocimiento como derecho fundamental y que representa entonces una obligación para las autoridades con respecto a la protección para el desarrollo humano.
