Demanda de turistas Backpacker y calidad de servicio en los hoteles en el Centro Histórico de la ciudad del Cusco.

Abstract

La presente tesis realiza la investigación enfocada en la Hotelería y un nuevo segmento que son los “Hostels” establecimientos que brindan servicio a un segmento nuevo que son los Mochileros. Teniendo la investigación como Objetivo principal determinar “en qué medida la demanda de turistas Backpacker influye en la calidad de servicios de los Hostels en el centro Histórico de la Ciudad del Cusco” Nuestras palabras claves que son las variables de estudio son “Calidad de servicio” y “Demanda”. Variables que permiten estudia el desempeño de las empresas con el turista Como Hipótesis general se entiende que “La demanda de turistas Backpacker influirá de manera significativa en la calidad de servicio en los Hostels en el centro histórico de la ciudad del Cusco” La metodología de la investigación es puro o básica, por su profundidad es explicativa, su nivel de investigación es co relacional y descriptivo, y finalmente el diseño del trabajo es no Experimental.

As a Main Hypothesis it understood that “the Backpacker Tourist Demand might influence in a significan way in the quality of services around the historical Downtown in the city of Cusco” The methodology of the investigation is pure or basic, and it depths is explanatory, his level of investigation is co relatiónal and descriptive, and finally the design of the work is Not experimental.
