Relación entre la educación y el nivel de ingresos de los trabajadores en la Municipalidad Provincial de Cusco, periodo 2019

Abstract

El presente estudio titulado “Relación entre la educación y el nivel de ingresos de los trabajadores en la Municipalidad Provincial de Cusco, periodo 2019” presentó como finalidad establecer la asociación que existe entre la educación y el nivel de ingresos de los trabajadores en la Municipalidad Provincial de Cusco – 2019. Metodológicamente la investigación es de tipo básica, con un enfoque cuantitativo; diseño no experimental-transversal y alcance descriptivo-correlacional. La encuesta fue la técnica empleada, aplicándose un cuestionario a una muestra de 325 trabajadores de la Municipalidad Provincial de Cusco. Los resultados mostraron que el 40% de los trabajadores de la Municipalidad Provincial de Cusco tienen un ingreso de entre S/ 1201 y S/ 3000; el 36% ocupa un puesto de técnico, el 51% está contratado bajo el régimen laboral CAS, el 31% tiene entre 4 y 6 años de experiencia laboral, el 32% tiene título universitario y el 43% tiene entre 15 a 19 años de estudio. Además, hay una relación significativa entre la educación y el nivel de ingresos de los trabajadores en la Municipalidad Provincial de Cusco, con un coeficiente de correlación (Rho=0.217), lo que indica una relación positiva débil, asimismo existe también correlación entre la educación formal (Rho=0.308) y la educación no formal (Rho=0.205) y el nivel de ingresos de los trabajadores. Se concluye que la educación y el nivel de ingresos de los trabajadores se relacionan significativa y positivamente en la Municipalidad Provincial de Cusco, periodo 2019

The present investigation entitled "Relationship between education and the level of income of workers in the Provincial Municipality of Cusco period 2019" presented the purpose of establishing the association that exists between education and the level of income of workers in the Provincial Municipality of Cusco - 2019. In addition, there is a significant relationship between education and the level of income of workers in the Provincial Municipality of Cusco, with an influence coefficient (Rho=0.217), which indicates a weak positive relationship, indicating that there is also influence between the formal education (Rho=0.308) and non-formal education (Rho=0.205) and the income level of the workers. It is concluded that the education and the level of income of the workers are significantly and positively related in the Provincial Municipality of Cusco, period 2019
