Actitudes hacia la alimentación en estudiantes adolescentes mujeres de 4° y 5° de secundaria de tres instituciones educativas de la Región Cusco, 2019

Abstract

La siguiente investigación tuvo objetivo describir las diferencias existentes entre las actitudes hacia la alimentación en estudiantes adolescentes mujeres de 4° y 5° de secundaria de las instituciones educativas, Clorinda Matto de Turner, Landázuri Ricketts y Agustín Gamarra. Este estudio está enmarcado dentro del enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental y nivel comparativo. Se trabajó con una muestra de 341 escolares de 4° y 5° de secundaria provenientes indistintamente de las tres instituciones educativas seleccionadas. Se realizó análisis de la variable actitud hacia la alimentación y sus dimensiones Anorexia, Bulimia y Control Oral; utilizando como instrumento de recolección de datos el Cuestionario de Actitud hacia la Alimentación (EAT-26) de David Garner, Olmstead y Paul Garfinkel. Los resultados muestran que; existe diferencias significativas en las actitudes hacia la alimentación entre estudiantes de las instituciones educativas Agustín Gamarra y Clorinda Matto de Turner (P = 0,034) y Agustín Gamarra y Landázuri Rickets (P = 0,00); no encontrándose diferencias entre Clorinda Matto de Turner y Landázuri Ricketts (P = 0,114), hallándose disimilitudes importantes entre las instituciones educativas del medio urbano en contraste con las del medio rural.

The following research is titled Attitudes towards nourishment in Female Teen Students of 4th and 5th Secondary School of three Educational Institutions of the Cusco Region, 2019. The objective of the research was to describe the differences in attitudes towards eating in female adolescent students in grades 4 and 5 of the educational institutions Clorinda Matto de Turner, Landázuri and Agustín Gamarra. The study is framed within the quantitative approach, non- experimental design and comparative level. I worked with a sample of 341 schoolchildren from 4th and 5th year of high school from the three educational institutions mentioned. The analysis was performed of the variable attitudes towards nourishment and its dimensions Anorexia, Bulimia and Oral Control; I have used as a data collection instrument The Eating Attitudes Test by David Garner, Olmstead and Paul Garfinkel. The results show that there are significant differences in attitudes towards food between educational institutions Agustín Gamarra y Clorinda Matto de Turner (P = 0,034), and Agustín Gamarra and Landázuri Ricketts (P = 0,00), finding no differences between Clorinda Matto de Turner and Landázuri Ricketts (P = 0,114), discovering important dissimilarities between the educational institutions of the urban environment in contrast to those of the rural environment.
