El control simultáneo y su relación con la gestión de la municipalidad provincial de Canchis periodo 2017

Abstract

El presente de trabajo de investigación se desarrolló con el objetivo general de determinar cómo el control simultáneo se relaciona con la gestión de la Municipalidad Provincial de Canchis en el periodo de 2017, determinándolo mediante las puntuaciones que obtuvieron las modalidades del control simultáneo y el nivel de gestión pública, el método aplicado fue alcance correlacional con diseño no experimental; la población y la muestra del presente trabajo de investigación se constituye por los 16 jefes de las gerencia de desarrollo social y cultural, gerencia de desarrollo económico, gerencia de infraestructura urbana y rural, gerencia de gestión ambiental, gerencia de servicios públicos municipales, gerencia de transporte y circulación vial, como técnica se usó un encuesta e instrumento un cuestionario; por otra parte, en los resultados el control simultáneo tiene una relación significativa con la gestión de la Municipalidad Provincial de Canchis, porque, la significancia p=0.003 <0.05, la modalidad de acción simultanea no tiene una relación significativa con la gestión porque la significancia p=0.061 > 0.05, la modalidad de visita de control tiene una relación significativa con la gestión porque significancia p=0.006 <0.05, la modalidad de visita de preventiva tiene una relación significativa con la gestión porque la significancia p=0.026 <0.05 la modalidad de orientación de oficio no tienen una relación significativa con la gestión porque la significancia p=0.109> 0.05, concluyendo así que se acepta la hipótesis alterna al 95% de confianza demostrando que existe una relación estadísticamente significativa positiva entre las puntuaciones que obtuvieron el control simultaneo y el nivel de gestión pública reportado, hecho que nos permite afirmar de manera técnica que a mayor nivel de control simultaneo mejor la gestión de la Municipalidad Provincial de Canchis en el periodo 2017

This research work was developed with the general objective of determining how the simultaneous control is related to the management of the Provincial Municipality of Canchis in the period of 2017, determining it through the scores obtained by the modalities of the simultaneous control and the level of public management, the applied method was correlational scope with non-experimental design; The population and the sample of the present research work is constituted by the 16 heads of the management of social and cultural development, management of economic development, management of urban and rural infrastructure, management of environmental management, management of municipal public services, management of transport and road traffic, as a technique a survey and a questionnaire instrument were used; On the other hand, in the results, the simultaneous control has a significant relationship with the management of the Provincial Municipality of Canchis, because, the significance p = 0.003 <0.05, the simultaneous action modality does not have a significant relationship with the management because the significance p = 0.061> 0.05, the control visit modality has a significant relationship with the management because significance p = 0.006 <0.05, the preventive visit modality has a significant relationship with the management because the significance p = 0.026 <0.05 the modality of trade orientation do not have a significant relationship with management because the significance p = 0.109> 0.05, thus concluding that the alternative hypothesis is accepted at 95% confidence, demonstrating that there is a statistically significant positive relationship between the scores that obtained the simultaneous control and the level of public management reported, a fact that allows us to affirm in a technical way that at a higher level of Simultaneous control improved the management of the Provincial Municipality of Canchis in the period 2017.
