This research study focuses on evaluating the efficiency of the ludoprevention approach in the "Torre del Sol II" project of the JERGO SAC CUSCO construction company during 2020. Ludoprevention dynamics, such as "The IPERC Connect 4", "Dragon Ball of the PPEs" and "What signal is it?", were implemented in 101 workers of the project, and evaluations were carried out before and after the activities to measure the level of learning and the effectiveness of ludoprevention. The results indicated an average improvement of 20.1% in workers' knowledge, which demonstrates that ludoprevention can be an effective tool for improving safety and health training in the construction sector. However, the importance of maintaining and consolidating this increase through the continued implementation of various ludoprevention dynamics is highlighted. In summary, ludoprevention can play a positive role in motivating and engaging workers, while providing benefits for both employees and the organization.
