The present research work was carried out at the Tupac Amaru Hospital in the San Sebastián district of the Cusco province of the department of Cusco, finding as a main problem the low organizational commitment of hospital health personnel, the following research work aims to describe how it is the organizational commitment from the perception of the health personnel of the Tupac Amaru Hospital of the San Sebastián district, the type of research is of a basic level of descriptive type and non-experimental design, the study population was 122 health personnel, with the In order to describe how committed they are to the Tupac Amaru hospital, the following affective dimensions, commitment to continue and regulatory commitment are the dimensions of study. The study population to which the surveys were applied presented diverse perceptions, in the affective commitment an average of 3.75 is shown with an adequate level indicating emotional links, satisfaction developing their activities and identification with the mission of the hospital, in the commitment to continue showing an average 3.32 with a level neither inadequate nor adequate showing the existence of economic need and the little personal sacrifice that the staff is willing to give, and in the normative commitment it shows an average 3.24 with a level neither inadequate nor adequate that indicates the few degrees of loyalty and moral duty due to the lack of feeling of reciprocity, which leads to the organizational commitment of the Tupac Amaru hospital, to obtain an average 3.44 with an adequate level suitable for the company but with a tendency to an inadequate level of attention for the hospital.
