The present investigation entitled "THE FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE DUTY TO PREVENT AND CORRECT CASES OF SCHOOL BULLYING AND THE VIOLATION OF THE RIGHT TO PERSONAL INTEGRITY OF CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS, IN THE FIRST SENTENCE FOR BULLYING IN PERU" had as its main objective to analyze whether the failure to comply with the duty to prevent and correct cases of bullying in educational institutions violates the right to the personal integrity of children and adolescents, according to the first sentence for Bullying in Peru; As the present investigation considers the spatial delimitation of Peruvian legislation as an integral part in determining the failure to prevent bullying in the school environment and as a temporal delimitation, the year of study is 2023 as part of the legal analysis carried out on the investigation. The main conclusion was: school bullying in Peru is a real and worrying problem that affects many students in the country. Although measures have been taken to address this problem, such as the enactment of the Law against School Bullying (Law No. 29719) and awareness campaigns, there are still challenges to overcome. School bullying in Peru violates the personal integrity of students, generating negative consequences at an emotional, physical and academic level. Victims of bullying can suffer lasting psychological damage and experience difficulties in their social and educational development.
