The following research “Effect of efficient commercial (EM-Compost) and natural microorganisms in obtaining compost in the Nuevo Perú-Puno -2023 urbanization”, aims to evaluate the effect of microorganisms commercial and natural efficiency in obtaining compost; For the development of the research, the following methodology was used, a completely randomized experimental design with an AXB factorial arrangement, with eight treatments and two repetitions: The concentrations for efficient microorganisms are for Factor A (Dose of Microorganisms): A1. 0ml, A2. 1000ml, A3: 1500ml, A4: 2000ml, which correspond to the efficient Activated microorganisms and for Factor B (Type of Activated Microorganism): B1. Commercial Microorganisms (EM-Compost), B2. Natural Microorganisms , with an initial weight of 1400kg for each compost pile. Monitoring was carried out every two days for the parameters (temperature, pH and humidity), in a period of 45 days, from September to October 2023. Samples were collected to perform a laboratory analysis to know the quality of the compost obtained, having the final product a loose and granular texture with a smell of fresh earth was observed. Finally, it is concluded with the following results, demonstrating that the factorial combination A3+B1 has an important effectiveness in the physicochemical properties, Mg (0.45%), Ca (3.13), C/N (12:1), Ph (0.9), Humidity (31.70%); for the effect of natural microorganisms Mg (0.52%), Ca (5062), C/N (11:1), Ph (6.9), Humidity (32%).
