Flujo de turistas nacionales y calidad de servicios en los baños termales de Chimor, Paucartambo-Cusco 2017.

Abstract

La presente Tesis universitaria se ha desarrollado en el ámbito de los Baños Termales de Chimor del distrito de Challabamba la provincia de Paucartambo de la Región Cusco, cuyo objetivo general fue determinar el origen del flujo de turistas nacionales y la calidad de servicios en los baños termales de Chimor, Paucartambo – Cusco. El tipo de investigación fue cuantitativo y de nivel descriptivo - analítico, la técnica de investigación fue la encuesta y el instrumento usado fue el cuestionario aplicado a la muestra que se determinó en un número de 140 turistas nacionales con un margen de confianza del 95.5% y un margen de error del 5%. Se determinó que el 54% de turistas nacionales visitantes a los Baños Termales de Chimor, Paucartambo – Cusco provienen de la región Cusco, y el 46% proviene de regiones del sur del país como Puno, Apurímac y Arequipa entre otros. Así mismo se obtuvo que la percepción de los turistas nacionales sobre la calidad de servicios en los Baños termales de Chimor, Paucartambo – Cusco es de 64% insatisfactorio. Los motivos por los cuales los turistas nacionales visitan los Baños termales de Chimor, Paucartambo – Cusco son: por motivos de relajo representado por el 46%, por motivos de vacaciones con un 43% y por motivos de salud con un 11% del total de turistas nacionales encuestados.

This university thesis has been developed in the area of the Chimor Thermal Baths of Challabamba district in the province of Paucartambo of the Cusco Region, whose general objective was to determine the origin of the flow of domestic tourists and the quality of services in the thermal baths of Chimor, Paucartambo - Cusco. The type of research was quantitative and descriptive - analytical level, the research technique was the survey and the instrument used was the questionnaire applied to the sample that was determined in a number of 140 national tourists with a confidence interval of 95.5% and a margin of error of 5%. It was determined that 54% of national tourists visiting the Thermal Baths of Chimor, Paucartambo - Cusco come from the Cusco region, and 46% come from regions of the south of the country such as Puno, Apurímac and Arequipa among others. Likewise, it was obtained that the perception of the national tourists about the quality of services in the thermal baths of Chimor, Paucartambo - Cusco is 64% unsatisfactory. The reasons why national tourists visit the thermal baths of Chimor, Paucartambo – Cusco are: for reasons of relaxation represented by 46%, for reasons of holidays with 43% and for health reasons with 11% of the total National tourists surveyed.
