The department of human resources is fundamental to the development of an organization. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the managerial leadership and the organizational climate compared to the quality of life of the health professionals at the Regional Hospital of Cusco. This is a cross-sectional study conducted under descriptive and correlational research. The population was comprised of doctors, nursing graduates, pharmaceutical chemists, dental surgeons, midwives and psychologists who work at the Regional Hospital; the sampling was for convenience; the sample size was made up of 196 health professionals. This study was conducted by experts through a 75 question survey. Out of the 75 questions, 23 corresponded to managerial leadership, twenty-eight of the questions focused on the organizational climate and the remaining 24 questions were directed towards the quality of life of a health professional. The results obtained showed that 85.7% of the professionals surveyed perceive that managerial leadership is at a medium level, 88.8% of them state that the organizational climate is at a medium level and 90.8% of the participants mentioned that the quality of life of the health professional is also at the medium level. In conclusion, there is a direct and significant relationship between managerial leadership and the organizational climate compared to the quality of life of the health professionals at the Regional Hospital of Cusco.
