The next thesis compares the Flow of the River “Santo Tomas” during the years 2002 – 2021 to be applied to the WEAP software. During the development of the thesis we used the software WEAP to generate the rain flows due to the software utility to proyect and plan the hydric resources. The variables used for the studie were: the área of incidence of the river, the slope of the river, the lenght of the river, the perimeter of the river, the elevation of the river, minimun and máximum temperature, the humidity, precipitation, flora density and Limnimetric densit. We used a topographic studie to determinate the relation between the Flow and the altitude of the registered river data, to compare those number using the data generated by the WEAP software. Also using other software like WMS, ArcGis, Global maper, statgraphics, Easyfit, Cropwat, Excel. In the same way the generated flows were compared with the registered flows, using the statistic measures, like the mediant and variance, also doing a histogram and a density graphic. Other validation tool were used like Nash, Schultz and the “coeficiente de calibración(r)”, resulting in similar results.
