Propuesta de implementación del sistema de gestión en seguridad y salud en el trabajo según la ley 29783 en la Constructora Ingeniería de la Construcción Nilchris Perú S.A.C. en la ciudad del Cusco, 2019

Abstract

La presente investigación propuso la implementación del Sistema de Gestión en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de acuerdo a los requisitos establecidos en la Ley 29783 en la constructora Ingeniería de la Construcción Nilchris Perú S.A.C. en la ciudad del Cusco, 2019, en donde la constructora en estudio no tenía un Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, no habiendo una documentación en materia de Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo específica y apropiada, en consecuencia la constructora no garantiza la seguridad y salud de todos los miembros de la organización, proveedores y terceros relacionados a la constructora. La investigación se realizó para todos los colaboradores de la constructora, siendo 13 el número total colaboradores que se consideraron para la investigación. El tipo de investigación fue aplicada debido a que se utilizó el Manual para la Implementación del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo elaborado por la SUNAFIL, el cual fue estudiado y se propuso su aplicación en los procesos de la constructora Ingeniería de la Construcción Nilchris Perú S.A.C. La investigación tiene características de nivel descriptivo, pues se diagnosticó y describió la situación actual de la empresa, posteriormente se evaluó el número de requisitos legales cumplidos sobre el número de requisitos legales exigidos por ley; y el diseño de la investigación fue no experimental de corte transversal, asimismo, se manipula una sola variable para observar fenómenos tal como se dan en su contexto natural, para posteriormente analizarlos. Los instrumentos usados para la recolección de datos fueron las fichas de observación y checklist, los cuales permitieron registrar y evaluar el cumplimiento de los lineamientos establecidos y exigidos por ley. La investigación tuvo como resultado la propuesta de un Sistema de Gestión en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de acuerdo a los requisitos establecidos por la Ley 29783 en la constructora Ingeniería de la Construcción Nilchris Perú S.A.C. en la ciudad del Cusco, 2019, proponiendo una documentación necesaria, específica y apropiada.

The present investigation proposed the implementation of the Management System in Safety and Health at Work according to the requirements established in Law 29783 in the construction company Ingeniería de la Construcción Nilchris Perú S.A.C. in the city of Cusco, 2019, where the construction company under study did not have a Management System for Safety and Health at Work, there being no specific and appropriate documentation on Safety and Health at work, therefore the construction company did not guarantees the safety and health of all members of the organization, suppliers and third parties related to the construction company. The investigation was carried out for all the collaborators of the construction company, being 13 the total number of collaborators that were considered for the investigation. The type of the research was applied because the Manual for the Implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System prepared by SUNAFIL was used, which was studied and was proposed his application in the construction processes of Ingeniería de la Construcción Nilchris Perú SAC The research has descriptive level characteristics, since it diagnosed and described the current situation of the company, later the number of legal requirements fulfilled was evaluated over the number of legal requirements required by law; and the research design was non-experimental in cross section, because it manipulates a single variable to observe phenomena as they occur in their natural context, to later analyze them. The instruments used for data collection were observation cards and a checklist, which allowed registering and evaluating compliance with the guidelines established and required by law. The investigation resulted in the proposal of a Management System for Safety and Health at Work according to the requirements established by Law 29783 in the construction company Ingeniería de la Construcción Nilchris Perú S.A.C. in the city of Cusco, 2019, proposing necessary, specific and appropriate documentation.
