Abstract

Por medio de la presente tesis titulada ―uso obligatorio de audio y video en las intervenciones y detenciones por la Policía Nacional del Perú en la disminución delitos de corrupción de funcionarios‖ tenemos como objetivo general analizar De qué manera el uso obligatorio de audio y video en las intervenciones y detenciones por la Policía Nacional del Perú puede contribuir a disminuir los delitos de corrupción de funcionarios. Asimismo, nuestro objetivo específico se orienta a Identificar el modo en que los miembros de la Policía Nacional incurren ocasionalmente en el delito de corrupción de funcionarios durante la intervención o detención policial. En tal sentido, se propuso como hipótesis que Existen razón fáctica y doctrinal que justifica El uso obligatorio de audio y video en las intervenciones y detenciones por la Policía Nacional del Perú para contribuirá a disminuir los delitos de corrupción de funcionarios. En ese contexto se logró determinar que la problemática en las intervenciones y detenciones por la Policía Nacional del Perú se debe a falta de control durante sus actividades que repercute la acción y omisión a sus funciones como funcionario público que afecta una gran medida de derechos a la sociedad y perjuicio de la institución. Y finalmente las soluciones planteadas en el presente trabajo contribuirán en la eficiente labor de la Policía Nacional del Perú durante las intervenciones y detenciones garantizando los derechos de la sociedad y del mismo.

Through this thesis titled "compulsory use of audio and video in interventions and arrests by the National Police of Peru in decrease crimes of corruption of officials" we have as a general objective to analyze how the mandatory use of audio and video in Interventions and arrests by the National Police of Peru can contribute decrease crimes of corruption of officials. Likewise, our specific objective is oriented at identifying the way in which members of the National Police occasionally incur in the crime of corruption of officials during police intervention or detention. In that sense, it was proposed as a hypothesis that there are factual and doctrinal reasons that justify the mandatory use of audio and video in interventions and arrests by the National Police of Peru to help reduce crimes of corruption of officials. In this sense, it was possible to determine that the problem in the interventions and arrests by the National Police of Peru is due to a lack of control during its activities that affects the action and omission to its functions as a public official that affects a great measure of rights to the society and damage to the institution. And finally, the solutions proposed in this work will contribute to the efficient work of the National Police of Peru during the interventions and arrests guaranteeing the rights of society and of the same.
