Evaluación en la influencia de la implementación de los protocolos por Covid 19 en el rendimiento, costo y tiempo en el proyecto: “Mejoramiento y ampliación de la I.E José Antonio Encinas Quiñota - Chumbivilcas-Cusco 2020 – 2021

Abstract

En el presente trabajo de investigación se realizó el estudio de la productividad de mano de obra aplicando la filosofía Lean Construction, así mismo se realizó un estudio de tiempo y costo; dichos estudios se realizaron en las partidas de concreto armado (vigas de cimentación t invertida, columnas, placas, vigas y losa aligerada) en la obra ¨ MEJORAMIENTO Y AMPLIACIÓN DE LA I.E JOSÉ ANTONIO ENCINAS QUIÑOTA - CHUMBIVILCASCUSCO 2020 – 2021¨.

El objetivo de esta investigación esta reflejada en el impacto de la implementación de los

protocolos sanitarios por covid - 19 frente a la productividad de mano de obra, rendimiento, costo

y

tiempo. Es por tal propósito que se realizará una evaluación de tal impacto y evaluar las diferencias frente a un expediente técnico que fue realizado antes de la pandemia. La metodología aplicada a esta investigación es de tipo cuantitativa de nivel descriptiva correlacional, utilizando el método hipotetico - deductivo teniendo como diseño metododológico el no experimental. Los resultados obtenidos con respecto a productividad obtenidos promedio son: Trabajo productivo 45.66 %, Trabajo contributorio 38.07 %, Trabajo no contributorio 12.59 % y Tiempo por Covid-19 3.69 %. Tales resultados indican que si hubo un trabajo productivo moderado en obra pero que también hubo un porcentaje considerable de tiempo no contributorio y de tiempo empleado por covid-19 que es un tiempo adicional que tomaron los trabajadores que no es productivo pero es de vital importancia para continuar las labores. En cuanto a tiempo la obra tuvo un aumento del 113 % de aumento con respecto al expediente técnico, este es un resultado muy grave ya que la obra en todas sus partidas y partidas estudiadas tuvieron un aumento y con respecto a las partidas estudiadas tiene un impacto del 45.12 % de aumento sobre el expediente técnico. En costo las partidas de concreto tuvieron una variación de porcentaje promedio en un 15% siendo el costo del expediente técnico mayor al que de la obra. Y un porcentaje del 2.92 % la implementación de los protocolos sanitarios por covid-19. Entonces se concluye que el trabajo productivo fue de 45.66 % en plena pandemia pero que el tiempo aumentó considerablemente en un 113 % mas y el costo no evidenció grandes perdidas pero que si son significativas.

The objective of this research is reflected in the impact of the implementation of health protocols by covid - 19 against labor productivity, performance, cost and time. It is for this purpose that an evaluation of such impact will be carried out and the differences compared to a technical file that was carried out before the pandemic will be evaluated. The methodology applied to this research is quantitative at the descriptive correlational level, using the hypothetical-deductive method, having the non-experimental methodological design. The results obtained with respect to average productivity are: Productive work 45.66%, Contributory work 38.07%, Non-contributory work 12.59% and Time due to Covid-19 3.69%. Such results indicate that if there was moderate productive work on site but that there was also a considerable percentage of non-contributory time and time spent by covid-19, which is additional time taken by workers that is not productive but is of vital importance to continue the work. In terms of time, the work had an increase of 113% with respect to the technical file, this is a very serious result since the work in all its items and items studied had an increase and with respect to the items studied it has an impact 45.12% increase on the technical file. In cost, the concrete items had an average percentage variation of 15%, with the cost of the technical file being greater than that of the work. And a percentage of 2.92% the implementation of health protocols by covid-19. Then it is concluded that productive work was 45.66% in the midst of the pandemic, but that time increased considerably by 113% more and the cost did not show great losses, but they were significant.
