La gestión administrativa en el gobierno regional de Madre de Dios -2017.

Abstract

La tesis “La gestión administrativa en el Gobierno Regional Madre de Dios -2017”, está constituido de 07 apartados las cuales son: Introducción, Marco teórico, Método de investigación, Resultados de la investigación, Discusión, Conclusiones, Recomendaciones y Referencias Bibliográficas. El presente trabajo de investigación se realizó a los trabajadores del Gobierno Regional de Madre de Dios, con la finalidad de Describir como es la Gestión Administrativa en el Gobierno Regional de Madre de Dios, 2017, a través de sus cuatro dimensiones que son: planificación, organización, dirección y control. El tipo de investigación que se realizó es básico, de nivel descriptivo y de diseño no experimental, tomando como población de estudio a los trabajadores del gobierno regional, que fueron 60 trabajadores; se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta con su cuestionario de preguntas, los resultados fueron procesados por el software estadístico Excel y SPSS 22 presentados mediantes tablas y figuras. Al evaluar la variable gestión administrativa en el gobierno regional de madre de dios se obtuvo un promedio de 96.02, de acuerdo a la escala de baremación, considerándolo como regular, La variable fue analizada a través de sus cuatro dimensiones; demostrando que existe una regular gestión administrativa en el GOBIERNO REGIONAL MADRE DE DIOS. Asimismo el 56.67% de los encuestados señalan que gestión administrativa es de nivel regular, mientras el 41.67% señala que se encuentra en un nivel de malo y finalmente el 1.67% indica que se encuentra en nivel bueno.

The thesis “Administrative management in the regional government of mother of God - 2017“, consists of 07 sections which are: Introduction, Theoretical Framework, Research Method, and Results of the research, Discussion, Conclusions, Recommendations and Bibliographic References. The present investigation work was carried out to the workers of the regional government of Madre de Dios, with the purpose of Describing as it is the Administrative Management in the Regional Government of Madre de Dios, 2017, through its four dimensions that are: planning, organization, direction and control. The type of research that was carried out is basic, descriptive level and non-experimental design, taking as a study population the workers of the regional government, which were 60 workers; the survey technique was used with its questionnaire of questions, the results were processed by the statistical software Excel and SPSS 22 presented by tables and figures. When evaluating the administrative management variable in the regional government of mother of God, an average of 96.02 was obtained, according to the scale of scale, considering it as regular. The variable was analyzed through its four dimensions; demonstrating that there is a regular administrative management in the GOBIERNO REGIONAL MADRE DE DIOS. Likewise, 56.67% of respondents indicate that administrative management is of a regular level, while 41.67% indicate that they are at a bad level and finally 1.67% indicate that they are at a good level.
