Has as its main objective: To determine which economic, political, social and cultural factors affect outpatient child labor in the historic center of the City of Cusco in 2019, identifying causes and consequences of the activity carried out. The methodology used was of the basic type with a quantitative approach, supported by the non-experimental deductive hypothetical design, based on the basic scope, considering a representative sample of 37 children, to whom the instrument of questionnaires and interviews was applied. As a general result, it was obtained that the most influential factors that affect outpatient child labor are political and cultural. Among the politicians are the little appreciation of the rights of the child, bullying and the absence of institutional support; and among the cultural ones are the education, origin and age of the child. Therefore, it is concluded that there are economic, political, social and cultural factors that influence the existence of outpatient child labor in the historic center of the City of Cusco in 2019. Working children opt for informal work due to the need they have. Within their home, despite having policies that regulate child labor, they are not respected or applied, the authorities do not take into account the dimension or the degree of the problem, nor the society of which they are a part.
