The general objective of this study is to identify the difference in the quality of service at Mr. Jeff's Progreso and Huancaro points in the city of Cusco 2021; this research has a quantitative approach, a non-experimental design and a descriptive scope. The population is constituted by those customers who made a previous registration, being 159 at the Progreso point and 125 at the Huancaro point of Mr. Jeff's company, making a total of 284 customers, of which 60% corresponds to the Progreso point and 40% to the Huancaro point, to whom the questionnaire on the quality of service was applied using the "Likert Scale", developed by the psychologist Rensis Likert. The results obtained show that 74.7% of the customers of the Progreso point and 73.8% of the customers of the Huancaro point of Mr. Jeff's company in the year 2021 claim to have a good quality of service provided at both points. In this sense, this study concludes that there are significant differences in some dimensions such as responsiveness and safety, which makes the quality of service is not equally for customers requesting service at each point respectively, which is due to the fact that the company in question, does not consider the environment of the points where the franchise is implemented, providing operations manuals and advertising resources oriented more to sectors of different environment, generating dissatisfaction in franchisees and this being reflected in the quality of service of each point.
