Abstract: El presente trabajo de investigación intitulado IMPORTANCIA DE LA SEGMENTACION
PSICOGRAFICA DEL TURISTA LGBT EN EL CENTRO HISTORICO DE LA CIUDAD
DEL CUSCO 2020, tiene como objetivo describir la importancia de la Segmentación
Psicografica del Turista LGBT que visito el centro histórico de la Ciudad del Cusco.
Para lo cual se realizó una investigación cuantitativa no experimental de carácter exploratorio
descriptivo, ya que el tema de estudio es poco estudiado y novedoso, tomando una población
de 80 turistas nacionales y extranjeros de la comunidad LGBT que visito el centro histórico
de la Ciudad del Cusco, la técnica de recolección de datos fue la encuesta y el instrumento fue
el cuestionario elaborado exclusivamente para la investigación.
Se determinó que la Importancia de la segmentación Psicografica del Turista LGBT en el
centro Histórico de la Ciudad del Cusco 2020 es Adecuado para la elaboración de productos y
servicios exclusivos para el colectivo LGBT.
Las dimensiones de la variable Segmentación Psicografica obtuvieron una calificación de
Muy adecuado y Adecuado en el proceso de investigación.
This research entitled IMPORTANCE OF THE PSYCHOGRAPHIC SEGMENTATION THE LGBT TOURIST IN THE HISTORICAL CENTER OF THE CUSCO CITY 2020, to describe the importance of the Psychographic Segmentation of the LGBT Tourist who visi the Historic center of the Cusco City. For which a descriptive exploratory non-experimental investigation was carried out, since subject of study is little studied and novel, taking a population of 80 national and foreign tourists from the LGBT community who visited the historic center of the Cusco City, the da collection technique was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire prepared exclusively for research. It was determined that the Importance of the Psychographic segmentation of the LGBT Tourist in the Historic center of the Cusco City 2020 is Adequate for the elaboration of exclusive products and services for the LGBT community. The dimensions of the variable Psychographic Segmentation obtained a rating of Very adequate and Adequate in the research process.
