Accesibilidad turística y nivel de satisfacción del turista discapacitado y adulto mayor en el city tour y parque arqueológico de sacsayhuaman - Cusco.

Abstract

El Turismo Accesible está tomando mayor importancia en los últimos años esto sobre todo debido al incremento en la población de personas discapacitadas y adultas mayores alrededor del mundo, que necesitan infraestructura y servicios especializados para realizar las diferentes actividades turísticas. El objetivo del presente trabajo de investigación fue determinar el nivel de accesibilidad y satisfacción del turista discapacitado y adulto mayor en el circuito turístico del City Tour y Parque Arqueológico de Sacsayhuaman. El trabajo está dividido en cinco capítulos. Capítulo I. Problema objeto de la investigación, formulación del problema, problema general y específico, objetivo general y específico, justificación, limitación del estudio. Capítulo II. Se encuentra el marco teórico, marco conceptual, estado del arte, definición de variables, hipótesis general y específica, operalización de variables. Capítulo III. Tratamos la metodología de la investigación, tipo de investigación, diseño de la investigación, población y muestra. Capítulo IV. Análisis e interpretación de resultados. Capítulo V. Discusión y propuestas. Al finalizar el trabajo de investigación se ha arribado a las conclusiones y recomendaciones, bibliografía consultada durante el trabajo de investigación y anexos correspondientes.

The accessible tourism is becoming more important in the recent years due to the increase in the population of people with disabilities and older people around the world who need infrastructure and specialized services to do the different tourist activities. The objective of the research was to determinate the level of accessibility and satisfaction of tourists with disabilities and elderly tourists, in the circuit of the City Tour and Sacsayhuaman Archaeological Park. The following paper is divided into five chapters: Chapter I. Problem objet of the research, formulation of problems, general and specific problem, general and specific objective, justification, limitation of the research. Chapter II. We find the theoretical framework, conceptual framework, state of the art, definition of the variables, general and specific hypothesis, and operational variables. Chapter III. Research methodology, type of research, population and sample. Chapter IV. Analysis and interpretation of results. Chapter V. Discussion and research proposals. At the end of the research, the conclusions and recommendations, bibliography consulted during the research and finally the annexes.
