Problem: The present investigation studied the way in which the right to food is being affected within the framework of the extrajudicial conciliation procedure and its implications, in the district of Wanchaq - Cusco, year 2022. Objective: The research aimed to analyze the way in which the Food Law is being affected within the framework of the extrajudicial conciliation procedure and its implications in the district of WanchaqCusco, year 2022. Methodology: The research was qualitative, basic and dogmatic documentary. Information was collected by applying instruments such as a documentary analysis sheet and interview guide to ten users who participated in an extrajudicial conciliation, five family specialist conciliators and five family specialist lawyers. Results: The analyzes revealed that the right to food is affected within the framework of the extrajudicial conciliation procedure and its implications in the district of WanchaqCusco in 2022. Conclusions: The results demonstrated that there is an affectation and violation of the right to food due to part of the obligor by not complying with the agreement, creating a series of disadvantages so that the obligor cannot develop or satisfy his or her basic needs such as adequate nutrition and avoiding contracting diseases.
