Factores que influyen en las dimensiones del estrés en madres de recién nacidos hospitalizados en la unidad de cuidados intensivos neonatales (UCIN) del hospital “Adolfo Guevara Velasco” Essalud del Cusco-2017

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación intitulado “FACTORES QUE INFLUYEN EN LAS DIMENSIONES DEL ESTRÉS EN MADRES DE RECIÉN NACIDOS HOSPITALIZADOS EN LA UNIDAD DE CUIDADOS INTENSIVOS NEONATALES (UCIN) DEL HOSPITAL “ADOLFO GUEVARA VELAZCO” ESSALUD DEL CUSCO 2017”. Tuvo como objetivo: Determinar los factores que influyen en las dimensiones del estrés en madres de recién nacidos Hospitalizados en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos Neonatales del Hospital “Adolfo Guevara Velazco” ESSALUD del cusco 2017. Fue un estudio descriptivo, transversal y correlacional; la muestra estuvo conformada por 65 madres. Se empleó la técnica de la entrevista; como instrumento la encuesta y la escala de estrés parental. La hipótesis planteada fue: El nivel de estrés de las madres de los recién nacidos hospitalizados en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos Neonatales (UCIN) del Hospital “Adolfo Guevara Velasco” ESSALUD del Cusco- 2017, está en relación con la patología y el tiempo de hospitalización del recién nacido, para lo cual se trabajó con una población de 65 madres, el tipo de estudio fue descriptivo transversal y correlacional. Sobre las características sociodemográficas se identificó que las madres de los recién nacidos son en su mayoría de 20 a 34 años de edad, de procedencia urbana, con grado de instrucción superior, estado civil conviviente, trabajadoras independientes, ingreso económico mayor a los 1000 soles, paridad de 1 parto, en su mayoría cuentan con apoyo familiar, el tipo de parto es eutócico, cuentan con solo un hijo y la evolución del recién nacido en su mayoría es favorable. Los resultados obtenidos respecto al estrés en general muestra que las madres de recién nacidos hospitalizados en la UCIN se encuentran en su mayoría muy estresadas.

It was a descriptive, transverse study and correlation; the sample was shaped by 65 mothers. The skill of the interview was used; as I arrange the survey and the stress scale parental. The raised hypothesis was: The level of stress of the mothers of the newborn babies hospitalized in the Intensive care unit Neonates (UCIN) of the Hospital “Adolfo Guevara Velasco “ESSALUD of the Cusco - 2017, it is as regards the pathology and the time of hospitalization of the newborn baby, for which one worked with a population of 65 mothers, the type of study was descriptive cross street and correlation. On the characteristics sociodemographic it was identified that the mothers of the newborn babies are mostly from 20 to 34 years of age, of urban origin, with grade of top instruction, coexistent marital status, independent workers, economic revenue bigger than the 1000 suns, parity of 1 childbearing, mostly they are provided with familiar support, the type of childbearing is eutectic, they rely on with only a son and the evolution of the newborn baby mostly is favorable. The results obtained with regard to the stress in general it shows that the mothers of newborn babies hospitalized in the UCIN are mostly very stressed.
