Conducción de grupos en bicicleta en la ruta Maras – Moray y la satisfacción del turista Cusco 2020

Abstract

Esta investigación se centró en la conducción de grupos en bicicletas las cuales dan un recorrido en la ruta Maras y Moray, dicho sector es muy turístico, pero pocas agencias se preocupan por la satisfacción de turista, es por ello que se identificaron los principales aspectos que ayudan a fortalecer la satisfacción del turista. El objetivo es describir de qué manera se relaciona la conducción de grupos en bicicleta en la ruta Maras – Moray se relaciona con la satisfacción del turista Cusco 2020. La metodología utilizada es de tipo correlacional, tiene un enfoque cuantitativo, el tamaño de la muestra es de tipo no probabilístico por lo que la población muestral estuvo conformada por 80 turistas de distintas nacionalidades, los cuales hicieron el servicio de Maras y Moray. Cuyos resultados hallados, sobre la pregunta sobre la variable conducción de grupos respondida por los turistas, indica que el 67.5% de los turistas indican que la conducción de grupos es regular, la pregunta sobre la variable satisfacción turística respondida por los turistas, indica que el 81.3% de los turistas indican que están poco satisfechos, el 13.8% de los turistas indican que es están satisfechos, y por último el 5.0% de los turistas indican que están insatisfechos. Se llegó a concluir que se rechaza la hipótesis general nula (H0), debido a que el valor de p=0.001<0.05, en la prueba Chi – cuadrado, donde el grado de relación mediante la correlación de Spearman es 0.070, es decir la conducción de grupos se relaciona significativamente en la satisfacción turística en bicicleta en la ruta Maras – Moray, Cusco 2020, se puede considerar que esta asociación es estadísticamente significativa con un nivel de confianza del 95%.

This research focused on driving groups on bicycles that take a tour on the Maras and Moray route, this sector is very touristy, but few agencies are concerned with tourist satisfaction, which is why the main aspects that They help to strengthen tourist satisfaction. Whose results found, on the question about the variable group driving answered by tourists, indicates that 67.5% of tourists indicate that group driving is regular, the question on the variable tourist satisfaction answered by tourists, indicates that the 81.3% of tourists indicate that they are dissatisfied, 13.8% of tourists indicate that they are satisfied, and lastly 5.0% of tourists indicate that they are dissatisfied. It was concluded that the null general hypothesis (H0) is rejected, because the value of p = 0.001 <0.05, in the Chi-square test, where the degree of relationship using the Spearman correlation is 0.070, that is, the Group driving is significantly related to bicycle tourist satisfaction on the Maras - Moray route, Cusco 2020, this association can be considered to be statistically significant with a confidence level of 95%.
