Gestión financiera y la rentabilidad de la empresa Lounge Bar la Retama S.R.L., Cusco, periodo 2013-2015.

Abstract

En el Cusco es común que pequeñas empresas realicen sus transacciones diarias de forma tradicional, normalmente se basan de acuerdo a la experiencia que adquieren en la empresa a lo largo de los años, buscando un apoyo de terceros y no realizándolo por sí mismos como dueños de la misma, lo cual les serviría y ayudaría en mayor proporción. En este sentido la Gestión Financiera es la aplicación de técnicas, métodos y procedimientos, con la finalidad de medir y mejorar la rentabilidad y proyectos de la empresa. Es así que se debe de prever los recursos financieros e invertirlos de forma eficiente. Así también la Rentabilidad es uno de los indicadores más relevantes para medir el éxito de una empresa. El presente trabajo de investigación que lleva por título “GESTIÓN FINANCIERA Y LA RENTABILIDAD DE LA EMPRESA LOUNGE BAR LA RETAMA S.R.L., CUSCO, PERIODOS 2013 – 2015” cuyo objetivo es determinar los resultados que presentan la gestión financiera y la rentabilidad de la empresa Lounge Bar La Retama, para que los dueños tengan mayor control y conocimiento de la misma con herramientas técnicas, de esa manera pueda manejar eficientemente sus recursos financieros. El trabajo de investigación se ha desarrollado en 5 capítulos, es así que el capítulo I inicia con la Introducción, seguidamente se desarrolla el planteamiento del problema de investigación, la formulación de este mismo, los objetivos planteados, justificación y la delimitación de estudio. Capitulo II contiene el marco teórico, donde se presentan los antecedentes recopilados para la investigación, el marco teórico, en el cual se describe toda la teoría relacionada al tema, asimismo se ha desarrollado el marco conceptual, las hipótesis planteadas y también las variables con su respectiva operacionalización. En el capítulo III, método de la investigación, contiene el enfoque de la investigación, el alcance y diseño de la misma, así como las técnicas de recolección de datos y las técnicas de análisis e interpretación de los datos que se usaron para analizar la información obtenida. En el capítulo IV, resultados, se desarrolla la Gestión Financiera y la Rentabilidad de la empresa Lounge Bar La Retama S.R.L., por lo que como primer punto se realizó un análisis de los estados financieros de los tres periodos en estudio (2013, 2014 y 2015); en este capítulo se verán definidos los objetivos por cada dimensión y de estos se obtendrán los indicadores. El capítulo V, discusión, se presenta la descripción de los hallazgos más relevantes y significativos, se presenta las limitaciones de estudio, se analiza la investigación con los antecedentes planteados en el capítulo II y las implicancias del estudio. A continuación, se abordan las conclusiones y recomendaciones a las que se llegó luego de finalizada la investigación. Finalmente, se presenta la bibliografía utilizada para sustentar tanto las bases teóricas como la metodología de investigación para el presente trabajo y los anexos que sirvieron de soporte a la investigación realizada.

The present research work entitled “FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND THE PROFITABILITY OF THE LOUNGE BAR LA RETAMA SRL COMPANY, CUSCO, PERIODS 2013 - 2015“ whose objective is to determine the results presented by the financial management and profitability of the company Lounge Bar The Retama, so that the owners have greater control and knowledge of the same with technical tools, in that way can efficiently manage their financial resources. The research work has been developed in 5 chapters, so chapter I begins with the Introduction, then develops the approach of the research problem, the formulation of the same, the objectives set, justification and the delimitation of study. Chapter II contains the theoretical framework, which presents the background information collected for the research, the theoretical framework, which describes all the theory related to the subject, also developed the conceptual framework, the hypotheses raised and also the variables with its Respective operationalization. In chapter III, method of research, it contains the research focus, the scope and design of the research, as well as the techniques of data collection and the techniques of analysis and interpretation of the data used to analyze the information Obtained.
